Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You may be able to cancel an order before it is packed/assigned for delivery. If cancellation is accepted, you’ll receive a full refund.

After dispatch

Once an order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of products. If we can’t cancel, we’ll assist with the best possible resolution.

Store-initiated cancellation

We may cancel and refund if items are unavailable, the selected slot becomes unavailable, or delivery cannot be completed to the provided address/pincode.
