Perishable products

Meat and seafood are perishable. For safety reasons, we may not accept returns once a delivery is completed, except for quality issues at the time of delivery.

  • Damaged packaging at delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered

How refunds work

If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
